Fitch Eligible Assets definition

Fitch Eligible Assets means the assets of the Company set forth in the Fitch Guidelines as eligible for inclusion in calculating the Agency Discounted Value of the Company’s assets in connection with Fitch’s ratings then assigned on any series of the MRP Shares.

Fitch Eligible Assets means assets of the Corporation set forth in the Fitch Guidelines as eligible for inclusion in calculating the Discounted Value of the Corporation's assets in connection with Fitch ratings of shares of a Series of VRDP Shares at the request of the Corporation.

Fitch Eligible Assets means the assets of the Company set forth in the Fitch Guidelines as eligible for inclusion in calculating the Agency Discounted Value of the Company’s assets in connection with Fitch’s ratings then assigned on the MRP Shares.

• Municipal Obligations issued by any one issuer and rated BB or lower, or not rated, may comprise no more than 4% of total Fitch Eligible Assets.

• Reorganization Bonds may also be considered debt securities constituting Fitch Eligible Assets if they have been approved by Fitch, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
