Average Daily Outstandings definition

Average Daily Outstandings means, for any quarter (or portion thereof), the sum of (i) the outstanding principal balance of the Loans (including the outstanding principal balance of the Swing Line Advances) plus (ii) the outstanding amount of the Facility Letters of Credit, all calculated for each day during the quarter (or portion thereof) for which the Unused Commitment Fee is being computed, divided by the number of days in that quarter (or portion thereof).
Average Daily Outstandings means the sum of (i) the outstanding principal balance of such Bank's Loans (including, with respect to Bank One only, the outstanding principal balance of Swing Line Advances) plus (ii) such Bank's ratable share (determined in accordance with Section 4.5) of the outstanding amount of the Facility Letters of Credit, all calculated for each day during the quarter (or portion thereof) for which the fee is being computed, divided by the number of days in that quarter (or portion thereof). If the Unused Commitment Fee is being computed for less than a full quarter, the number used in clause (D) above shall be computed on a daily basis for the number of days for which the fee is being computed. The Unused Commitment Fee shall continue to be payable during the Term Out Period. All accrued Unused Commitment Fees shall be payable on the effective date of any termination of the obligations of Banks to make Loans hereunder.
Average Daily Outstandings means, in respect of a particular fiscal -------------------------- quarter, a dollar amount equal to the average daily amount of principal Indebtedness outstanding under this Agreement during such applicable fiscal quarter. Such amount shall be determined as of the Determination Date in respect of such fiscal quarter, and shall be determined by dividing (a) the sum of the aggregate principal Indebtedness outstanding under this Agreement as of the end of each day occurring during such fiscal quarter, by (b) the actual number of days in such fiscal quarter.

All accrued Unused Commitment Fees shall be payable on the effective date of any termination of the obligations of Banks to make Loans hereunder.
Average Daily Outstandings means the average daily Outstandings for the immediately preceding month.

  • Aggregate Outstandings means, at a particular time, the sum of (a) the Aggregate Letters of Credit Outstandings at such time and (b) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans at such time.
