Average Daily Availability definition

Average Daily Availability means, as of any date of determination, the average daily Availability for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter.

More Definitions of Average Daily Availability

Average Daily Availability means, in respect of any Adjustment Date, the average daily Excess Availability for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter.

Average Daily Availability means, for any date of calculation, the average daily Availability, determined as of the close of business each day, for the subject period.
