Average Assets Under Management definition

Average Assets Under Management for purposes of the above schedule shall include all assets advised or sub-advised by the Sub-Adviser for the Adviser or its affiliates, in addition to those assets of the Portfolio. The Average Assets Under Management shall consist of the mathematical average of the quarterly aggregate assets as measured on March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st of each calendar year (or portion thereof) for each of the preceding 8 quarters, with the fee rate determined on each such date being applicable to the following period and applied to all assets back to the first dollar in the Portfolio.
Average Assets Under Management means, on any date, the average of assets under management by Stilwell and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for the period of three xxxxxxxtive months ending on such date, the average of which is computed by accumulating the daily total for assets under management and dividing such result by the total number of days during such three month period, which computation shall be made in a manner consistent with the computations reported in Stilwell's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities axx Xxxxxxxe Commission each month. For any date that is not the last day of a month, the average will be computed based upon the last day of the month most recently ended prior to such date and in the same manner described herein.
