Automobile Contract Debtor definition

Automobile Contract Debtor means, with respect to any Automobile Contract, any purchaser or co-purchaser of any Financed Vehicle purchased, or any other Person who owes payments under, such Automobile Contract.
Automobile Contract Debtor means, with respect to any Automobile Contract, any purchaser or co-purchaser of any Financed Vehicle and any other Person who owes payments under such Automobile Contract.
Automobile Contract Debtor shall have the meaning set forth in ANNEX A.
