Attached ADU means an ADU contained entirely within the footprint of the principal dwelling unit.

More Definitions of Attached ADU

Attached ADU means a new ADU is constructed as a physical expansion (i.e. addition) of the primary dwelling and is attached to the Single Family Dwelling Unit by one or more common walls.
Attached ADU means an accessory dwelling unit that is physically connected to the principal residence. To be connected, the ADU and principal residential unit must be connected by at least one common wall or be structurally interdependent in some other way.
