AT&T Disclosure Letter definition

AT&T Disclosure Letter means that certain letter identified to AOLTW and Comcast as such by AT&T in writing on the date hereof.
AT&T Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by the AT&T Parties, the AT&T Newcos and the Sale Site Subsidiaries to Acquiror prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
AT&T Disclosure Letter has the meaning given to that term under the Total CTH TH Interest SPA; “ATT/AHIL/L1/IMTIS/IMTIS Holdings GSA Disclosure Letter” means the letter dated as at the date of this Deed delivered by ATT, AHIL, L1, IMTIS and IMTIS Holdings to each of the other Parties, a copy of which is included in Schedule 9, Part E disclosing (i) information constituting exceptions to the Warranties as given by ATT, AHIL, L1, ITMS and ITMS Holdings and (ii) details of other matters referred to in this Deed;

  • Parent Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by Parent to the Company in connection with, and upon the execution of, this Agreement.
