Assumed Residual Value definition

Assumed Residual Value means, as of any date of determination and with respect to any Lease Vehicle that is a Series 2010-3 Non-Program Vehicle as of such date, the proceeds expected to be realized upon the disposition of such Lease Vehicle, as estimated by the Lessor (or its designee) on such date in its sole and absolute discretion.
Assumed Residual Value means, as of any date of determination and with respect to any Lease Vehicle that is a Non-Program Vehicle as of such date, the proceeds expected to be realized upon the disposition of such Lease Vehicle, as estimated by the Lessor (or its designee) on such date in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Gross Asset Value means, with respect to any asset, the asset’s adjusted basis for federal income tax purposes, except as follows:
