Assumed Accrued Expenses definition

Assumed Accrued Expenses means the accrued expenses listed on Exhibits AE, AE 1.0 and AE 2.0 to the Closing Date Net Asset Value Statement.
Assumed Accrued Expenses means accrued expenses or reserves as would appear on a balance sheet of the Business prepared in accordance with the methodology set forth on Schedule 3.3 for (i) unused vacation and personal time for the New Employees, (ii) sales commissions, (iii) product warranty claims and (iv) customer deposits.

  • Accrued Expenses means the accrued and unpaid expenses appearing as a Liability on the Preliminary Closing Statement or the Final Closing Statement.
