Asset Acquisition Fee definition

Asset Acquisition Fee means a one percent (1%) fee payable to the Manager or a designated Affiliate of the Manager for the acquisition of each Asset by the Company, payable at the closing of the Asset acquisition.
Asset Acquisition Fee has the meaning given such term in Section 5.9.2 hereof.
Asset Acquisition Fee means a two percent (2%) fee payable to the General Partner for the acquisition of each Asset by the General Partner on behalf of the Partnership, payable at the closing of the Asset acquisition.
