Asset Acquisition Fee definition

Asset Acquisition Fee means a one percent (1%) fee payable to the Manager or a designated Affiliate of the Manager for the acquisition of each Asset by the Company, payable at the closing of the Asset acquisition.
Asset Acquisition Fee means a fee equal to one percent (1%) of the total purchase price of an Asset, payable to the Manager or a designated Affiliate of the Manager upon the closing of the acquisition of any Asset by the Fund, or at such later time, in arrears, as the Manager may determine in its sole discretion.
Asset Acquisition Fee means a fee paid to Manager by Company following the purchase of a Property on behalf of the Company. The Manager shall be entitled to receive a fee, levied in the Manager’s sole discretion, equal to a minimum of one percent (1%) to a maximum of three percent (3%) of the book value of the Property acquired by the Company payable to the Manager after the closing and settlement of the respective Company asset acquisition.

Examples of Asset Acquisition Fee in a sentence

  • The Asset Acquisition Fee and Asset Disposition Fee shall be based on the purchase price of the asset in question and shall be payable at the closing of the acquisition or disposition of each Fund Asset, as the case may be, or at such later time, in arrears, as the Manager may determine in its sole discretion.

  • In addition, the Manager or its affiliate shall be entitled to a one percent (1%) Asset Acquisition Fee and a one percent (1%) Asset Disposition Fee on each and every Fund Asset.

  • Sponsor Partner shall not receive an Asset Acquisition Fee in connection with (a) the Initial Portfolio, or (b) any acquisition from either Partner or any Affiliate of either Partner.

  • The Asset Acquisition Fee represents compensation to Manager for advising and assisting the Operating Partnership with respect to any acquisition of a Property (an “Acquisition”).
