Examples of Specified Acquisition Period in a sentence
Commencing with the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2015, the Borrower will not permit the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter to be greater than 4.50:1.00 or, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter during a Specified Acquisition Period, to be greater than 5.50:1.00.
Permit the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as at the last day of any period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters, commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending December 31, 2015 and for every Fiscal Quarter thereafter, to exceed 4.50 to 1.00; provided, however, that during a Specified Acquisition Period, the Consolidated Leverage Ratio shall not exceed during the period commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending December 31, 2015 and for every Fiscal Quarter thereafter, 5.00 to 1.00.
