If on the last business day of the month the cumulative net effect (similarly adjusted) upon any Fund is positive, ACCESS shall be entitled to recover certain past payments, credits used and reductions in fees, and to a credit against all future payments and fee reductions made under this paragraph to such Fund, as described in paragraph (c) below.
