Processing errors which result from any delay or error caused by the Company may be adjusted through Fund/SERV by the Company by the necessary transactions on an as-of basis and the cost to the Portfolio or the Distributor of such transactions shall be borne by the Company; provided however, prior authorization must be obtained from the Distributor if the transaction is back dated more than five days or to a previous calendar year.

In the event that Cryptoforce identifies any errors, abnormalities or discrepancies in any Transaction that has taken place using the Cryptoforce Offering, it may, at its sole discretion, correct, reverse or cancel (as appropriate, given the circumstance), any such Transaction.
