Ending Date definition

Ending Date means the calendar date specified in the Notice of Intent as the date upon which lead - based paint abatement activities are completed.
Ending Date means the last day of each Offering Period.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, in the event the Starting Date and/or the Ending Date is different than those indicated in the Lease Contract, (different dates must be approved in writing by us) then the Rental Installment shall be prorated based upon a daily amount.


More Definitions of Ending Date

Ending Date means the earlier of (i) the date of the Board’s determination that the transaction which was approved by the Company’s shareholders, thus constituting a Change in Control pursuant to paragraph 1(c)(iii), will not be consummated, or (ii) the date which is 36 full calendar months following the date on which a Change in Control occurs or, if a Change in Control is based on shareholder approval pursuant to paragraph 1(c)(iii) hereof, the date which is 36 full calendar months following the date of the consummation of the transaction which was the subject of shareholder approval.
Ending Date means the date this agreement is scheduled to be completed. It is also the latest date grant funds will be provided under this agreement, without an approved extension.
