Arrest the Ship is arrested, confiscated, seized, taken in execution, impounded, forfeited, detained in exercise or purported exercise of any possessory lien or other claim or otherwise taken from the possession of the Borrower and the Borrower shall fail to procure the release of the Ship within a period of fourteen (14) days thereafter; or
Convicted means either of the following:
Incarcerated means involuntary confinement of an Enrollee in a jail, detention facility, prison or other penal facility under the authority of a governmental entity.
Crime means a misdemeanor or a felony.
Emotionally Disturbed means a condition exhibiting one or more of the following characteristics over a long period of time and to a marked degree that adversely affects a student's educational performance due to:
offence means an act or omission punishable by law;
Jail means a jail, workhouse, minimum security jail, or other residential facility used for the confinement of alleged or convicted offenders that is operated by a political subdivision or a combination of political subdivisions of this state.
Corporal punishment means hitting, spanking, swatting, beating, shaking, pinching, excessive exercise, exposure to extreme temperatures, and other measures that produce physical pain.
Alcoholism means a disease, characterized by a dependency
Influent means the water entering a filter or other device.
Intimidation means an unjustified threat or other action that is intended to cause fear or apprehension in a student.
Indictment means a written statement, presented by a grand jury to the district court, which charges the commission of a crime by an alleged offender.
Retaliatory action means action which includes, but is not limited to, the refusal to continue an agreement, or a material reduction in the quality of service or quantity of products available to a wholesaler under an agreement, which refusal or reduction is not made in good faith.
Threatening behavior means any pattern of behavior or isolated action, whether or not it is directed at another person, that a reasonable person would believe indicates potential for future harm to students, school personnel, or school property.
confiscation means a penalty or a measure, ordered by a court following proceedings in relation to a criminal offence or criminal offences resulting in the final deprivation of property;
Violent felony means any offense that, if committed by an adult, would constitute a felony and:
Felonious Assault means a violent or criminal act reported to the local authorities which was directed at you during the course of, or an attempt of, a physical assault resulting in serious injury, kidnapping, or rape.
Acute toxicity means concurrent and delayed adverse effects that result from an acute exposure and occur within any short observation period, which begins when the exposure begins, may extend beyond the exposure period, and usually does not constitute a substantial portion of the life span of the organism.
Offense means a felony, gross misdemeanor, or crime of moral turpitude.
serious criminal offence means an offence which corresponds or is equivalent to one of the offences referred to in Article 2(2) of Framework Decision 2002/584/JHA, if it is punishable under national law by a custodial sentence or a detention order for a maximum period of at least three years;
