Arizona Deed of Trust means that certain deed of trust, security agreement and assignment of rents and leases (as amended from time to time), in favor of the Security Trustee, executed in connection with the initial issue of the Notes by Sun Land, for Sun Land’s processing facility located in Tolleson, Arizona, securing Sun Land’s indebtedness and obligations under the Joint and Several Guaranty with the grant of a first-priority lien encumbering Such processing facility.
