Approved Mental Health Professional definition

Approved Mental Health Professional or “AMHP” means an officer of a local Social Services Authority as defined in Section 145 of the Mental Health Act 1983 as amended by Sections 18 and 21 and Schedule 2 of the Mental Health Act 2007. .

Examples of Approved Mental Health Professional in a sentence
