Approved funding sources definition

Approved funding sources means any funds used directly to support WV Pre-K classrooms for eligible children including West Virginia State Aid Funding Formula, Head Start funds, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, Childcare Development Funds, funds under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (No Child Left Behind), funds provided by the School Building Authority of West Virginia, funds under the Public Law 108-446, Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004, and any other private or public funds.

  • Approved Funding has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule B.

  • Affiliated Funds are any fund of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Trust (“JHVIT”), Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds II (“JHF II”) or Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds III (“JHF III”), excluding the following funds of JHVIT: the Money Market Trust B, 500 Index Trust B, International Equity Index Trust B and Total Bond Market Trust B.
