Delivery of the Representative’s Warrant Agreement shall be made no later than the first (1st) Business Day following the date of Shareholder Approval, and shall be issued in the name or names and in such authorized denominations as the Representative may request.
Access to the Property and internal circulation within the Property shall be provided in accordance with the Conditions of Approval and the approved Circulation and Access Plan depicted in Exhibit G.
Approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by the Subadviser and notice of approval or disapproval will be provided in a timely manner.
