Applicable Revolver Prime Margin definition

Applicable Revolver Prime Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the Prime Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.4(a) of the Agreement.
Applicable Revolver Prime Margin means the Applicable Revolver Prime Margin, expressed as a percentage, which shall be .50% from June 1, 2001 until the next Calculation Date, and thereafter determined based on the Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio of Borrower as follows:
