Applicable Records definition

Applicable Records means invoices and other supporting or backup documentation for the Applicable Period required to make the Royalty Filings that Diavik Diamond Mines (2012) Inc. ("DDMI") has agreed to make under the Diavik APA and respond to an audit by the Government of Northwest Territories ("GNWT") or its advisors of the following documents previously delivered by Dominion Diamond Mines ULC ("Dominion") to DDMI:
Applicable Records means copies of the items listed in clauses (i) (Settlement Purchase Agreement), (ii) (Settlement Agreement or benefits letter), (iii) (powers of attorney), (vii) (Transfer Order), (x) (acknowledgement) (if obtained), (xi) (stipulation) (if obtained), (xii) (Medical Underwriting Report and HIPAA release) and (xiii) (Medical Questionnaire) of the definition of Records.
Applicable Records has the meaning specified in Schedule 4.7(h).

More Definitions of Applicable Records

Applicable Records means those records directly related to the State of Ohio Renewable Energy Project.
Applicable Records means all MoFi (a) OMR (as defined herein) and One-Step (as defined herein) vinyl recordings sourced from original analog master tapes and which utilized a DSD (as defined herein) transfer step in the mastering chain (including those listed on EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and any others meeting the defined criteria), and (b) which were purchased new and unused at retail in the United States by the original retail consumer purchaser during the Applicable Period, and provided that said purchaser still owns said recordings.

Related to Applicable Records

  • Applicable Recovery Period means the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the Restatement Date for a Financial Restatement. In addition, in the event the Company has changed its fiscal year: (i) any transition period of less than nine months occurring within or immediately following such three completed fiscal years shall also be part of such Applicable Recovery Period and (ii) any transition period of nine to 12 months will be deemed to be a completed fiscal year.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

  • Line Record means information in LIDB and/or the LIDB administrative system that is specific to a single telephone number or Special Billing Number.

  • Business Records means all files, documents, instruments, papers, books, reports, records, tapes, microfilms, photographs, letters, ledgers, journals, financial statements, technical documentation (design specifications, functional requirements, operating instructions, logic manuals, flow charts, etc.), user documentation (installation guides, user manuals, training materials, release notes, working papers, etc.), Tax Returns, other Tax work papers and files and other documents in whatever form, physical, electronic or otherwise.
