Applicable Governmental Entity means a federal or state United States Governmental Entity, a national Governmental Entity of Canada or Germany, or the European Commission. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, the foregoing conditions are for the sole benefit of Parent and Acquisition Subsidiary and, except as provided in the Agreement, may be waived by Parent or Acquisition Subsidiary in its sole discretion.

Examples of Applicable Governmental Entity in a sentence
