Apex Unit definition

Apex Unit means the unit established within NBM and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement;
Apex Unit means the Apex Unit to be established by RBZ pursuant to Section 2.01 (c) of the Project Agreement;
Apex Unit means one share of Apex Class A Common Stock and one half of an Apex Warrant.
