Anti-Corruption Policy definition

Anti-Corruption Policy means the anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy adopted by the board of directors of the Borrower;
Anti-Corruption Policy means the anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy of the Seller Group Members, adopted by the board of directors of each Seller Group Member, as the same may be amended, revised, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with Clause ‎6.3.
Anti-Corruption Policy means the Company’s anti‐corruption policy.

More Definitions of Anti-Corruption Policy

Anti-Corruption Policy means (a) with respect to Cardiome, the Cardiome Pharma Corp. Code of Conduct, a copy of which, in its existing form as of the Effective Date, is attached hereto as Schedule 1.6(a); and (b) with respect to SteadyMed, the SteadyMed Code of Conduct, a copy of which, in its existing form as of the Effective Date, is attached hereto as Schedule 1.6(b). Upon either Party’s written request at any time and from time to time during the Term, the other Party shall promptly provide the requesting Party with a copy of its then-current Anti-Corruption Policy (if it differs in any material respect from Schedule 1.6(a) or Schedule 1.6(b), as applicable).
Anti-Corruption Policy shall have the meaning given to such expression in Clause 18.1(d).
