ANNUAL EXPENSE ESCROW AMOUNT. An amount equal to the product of (i) 0.04% per annum and (ii) the sum of the Certificate Balance and the aggregate Note Balance, which is computed and payable on a monthly basis and represents the estimated annual Trustee's, Co-Trustee's and Owner Trustee's fees and expenses.

  • Indemnity Escrow Amount means $3,000,000.
