Annual Community Impact Fee definition

Annual Community Impact Fee means an annual Community Impact Fee in the amount of $110,000.00 (One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars), paid in Quarterly Installments by MGE to the Town. The amount of the Annual Community Impact Fee will increase by five percent (5%) on the fifth anniversary of the day the Project is first Open for Business to the General Public to $115,500.00 (One Hundred Fifteen Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars), by an additional five percent (5%) on the tenth anniversary of the day the Project is first Open for Business to the General Public to $121,275.00 (One Hundred Twenty-One Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars), and by an additional five percent (5%) on each subsequent five-year anniversary for so long as MGE continues to operate the Project.
Annual Community Impact Fee means an annual Community Impact Fee in the amount of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars).
