Annexed Documents definition

Annexed Documents means the documents listed in the Sub Contract Order.

  • In case changes are to be made in the Annexed Documents or Forms, the concerned Annexed Documents or Forms may be changed without amending this contract by agreeing to exchange “Inquiry on changes of Annexed Documents and forms/agreement on changes of Annexed Document and forms,” mentioned in Annexed Document 10.

  • Any inconsistencies in or between and the Agreement these Conditions of Contract and the Annexed Documents forming part of this Contract shall be corrected by written agreement between the Parties and any omission or other changes shall be processed by the Parties as a variation under clause 8 (Variation).

  • The Contract price / rates shall be that shown in the Annexed Documents including in particular the Pricing Document Volume 3 and shall be subject to Variation (including the annual contract price amendment) only if agreed in writing in accordance with Clause 8 (Variation) of this Contract.

Related to Annexed Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Specified Documents means, with respect to any Property File, each document listed in the definition of “Property File”.

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • Assigned Documents has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.12.

  • Seller Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Transfer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • L/C Documents is defined in Section 3.4 hereof.

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between the Target or its Affiliates and Holdings or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Merger Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Certificate of Merger, and all other agreements and documents entered into in connection with the Merger and the other transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Bond Documents means the Bonds, the Indenture, the Loan Agreement, the Remarketing Agreement, the Remarketing Circular, and all amendments and supplements thereto.

  • Required Documents means those documents identified in Section 2(I) of the Custodial Agreement.

  • Seller Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller under this Agreement or in connection herewith.

  • Equity Line Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • Purchase Documents The mortgage purchase agreements between Xxxxxxx Mac and its Mortgage sellers and servicers, which are the contracts that govern the purchase and servicing of Mortgages and which include, among other things, the Guide and any negotiated modifications, amendments or supplements to the Guide.

  • Privileged Documents means any documents that are Attorney-Client Privilege Documents and/or Work Product Privilege Documents.

  • Purchaser Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.

  • Related Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to the Administration Agreement.
