Amended LLC Agreement definition

Amended LLC Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Amended LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, the form and substance of which has been mutually agreed by all of the parties thereto as of the date hereof.
