Second Amendment Agreement definition

Second Amendment Agreement means that certain Second Amendment Agreement dated as of October 4, 2011, among ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Capital Corporation, as administrative agent and collateral agent, and the Tranche B II Term Lenders party thereto, providing for, among other things, the amendment and restatement of the 2009 Credit Agreement.
Second Amendment Agreement means the Amendment Agreement dated as of February 2, 2012 among the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and Guarantors party thereto.
Second Amendment Agreement means the Second Amendment Agreement dated as of the Second Restatement Effective Date among Holdings, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and certain Lenders party thereto.
