Base Bid definition

Base Bid means a Bid for Public Works to be performed or Supplies or Services to be furnished under a City Contract, including additives, alternates, deductives, excluding force accounts, and taxes collected separately pursuant to Washington Administrative Code (“WAC”) 458-20-171.
Base Bid means the sum stated in the Bid for which the Bidder offers to perform the work described in the Bidding Documents as the base. Work may be added or deleted from this Base bid value for sums stated in the Alternate bids.
Base Bid means the amount stated in a Bid as the sum for which the Bidder offers to perform the Work in a particular trade or other category, which is described in the Contract Documents, excluding Alternates.
