Also, at the request of a Rating Agency, the Master Servicer shall provide the information relating to the Reportable Modified Mortgage Loans substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q to such Rating Agency within a reasonable period of time; provided, however, that the Master Servicer shall not be required to provide such information more than four times in a calendar year to any Rating Agency.
