  • Nothing in this Section 8.1 shall prevent the Holding Company from (i) issuing Common Stock in connection with the Employees Savings Plan or the Agents Savings Plan, (ii) matching contributions by participants to either such plan or (iii) crediting the account of any participant (including any Executive Officer) under any of the Savings Plans by reference to the value of the Common Stock.
