Advertisement for proposals definition

Advertisement for proposals means a written notice issued by the department announcing that sealed bids will be received for a specific environmental construction project, invit- ing prospective bidders to obtain or review drawings and specifi- cations for the purpose of submitting a bid to do work.

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Advertiser means the person or organisation whose product or service is being advertised, or whose name or image is mentioned or promoted in an advertisement;

You agree to deliver a copy of the current Prospectus to your customers in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Act of 1933. You may not publish or use any sales literature or promotional materials with respect to the Funds without our prior review and written approval.

  • Advertising device means any device or object erected or located so as to attract public attention to any goods or services or facilities or events and includes flags, banners, pennants and lights;

  • General Solicitation and “General Advertising” means “general solicitation” and “general advertising”, respectively, as used under Rule 502(c) of Regulation D, including, without limitation, advertisements, articles, notices or other communications published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or the internet or broadcast over radio or television or the internet, or any seminar or meeting whose attendees had been invited by general solicitation or general advertising;

  • Magazines means magazines and other materials printed on similar paper.

  • Packages shall include bulk tankers, minibulks, flexis, crates, boxes or other containers and pallets.
