Advance Rate Decrease definition

Advance Rate Decrease means, with respect to any Cargo Van or Pick-Up Truck, the percentage set forth in the following table with respect to the Capitalized Cost Increase Percentage for such Cargo Van or Pick-Up Truck: If the Capitalized Cost Increase Percentage is: Advance Rate Decrease Less than or equal to 2.5% 2.0% Greater than 2.5% but less than or equal to 5.0% 4.0% Greater than 5.0% but less than or equal to 7.5% 6.0% Greater than 7.5% but less than or equal to 10.0% 8.0% Greater than 10.0% but less than or equal to 12.5% 10.0% provided, however that if the Capitalized Cost Increase Percentage with respect to such Cargo Van or Pick-Up Truck is greater than 12.5%, the Advance Rate Decrease for such Cargo Van or Pick-Up Truck will be a percentage (i) agreed to in writing by any Financial Insurance Provider and (ii) with respect to which the Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied, in each case prior to the acquisition of such Cargo Van or Pick-Up Truck by any Cargo Van/Pick-Up Truck SPV.

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.

  • Maximum Swingline Amount means $5,000,000.

  • Committed Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Applicable Reference Rate means, for any Eurocurrency Rate Loan denominated in any LIBOR Quoted Currency, LIBOR, for any Eurocurrency Rate Loan denominated in euros, EURIBOR, for any Eurocurrency Rate Loan denominated in Australian Dollars, BBSY, for any Eurocurrency Rate Loan denominated in Canadian Dollars, CDOR and for any Eurocurrency Rate Loan denominated in New Zealand Dollars, BKBM, as applicable.

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date, specified in the related Mortgage Note and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted.

  • LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the second LIBOR Business Day immediately preceding the commencement of the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Replacement Reference Rate means a reference rate which is:

  • Uncommitted Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate amount of Revolving Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially ONE HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS ($150,000,000).

  • SOFR Rate Cut-Off Date means the date that is the second U.S. Government Securities Business Day prior to the Interest Payment Date in respect of the relevant Interest Accrual Period or such other date specified in the Final Terms;

  • Revolving Interest Rate means, with respect to Revolving Advances, an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the lesser of (i) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Revolving Domestic Rate Margin and (ii) the Maximum Rate, with respect to Domestic Rate Loans, and (b) the lesser of (i) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Revolving Eurodollar Rate Margin and (ii) the Maximum Rate, with respect to the Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Term Loan Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Receivables Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(i) hereof.

  • Maximum Revolving Credit Amount means $85,000,000.00.

  • Value Increase shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(d)(i).

  • Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day(i):

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Increased Rate means, with respect to any Increased Rate Period for a Series of RVMTP Shares, the Index Rate for such Increased Rate Period plus an Applicable Spread of 5.92%.

  • Increased Amount Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(a).
