Administrative Interview definition

Administrative Interview or “AI” means an assessment of MCO and Dental Contractor compliance with federal and state regulations in accordance with 42 C.F.R. § 438.358.

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.

  • Administrator/Benchmark Event Date means, in respect of an Administrator/Benchmark Event, the date on which the authorisation, registration, recognition, endorsement, equivalence decision, approval or inclusion in any official register is (i) required under any applicable law or regulation; or(ii) rejected, refused, suspended or withdrawn, if the applicable law or regulation provides that the Relevant Benchmark is not permitted to be used under the Securities following rejection, refusal, suspension or withdrawal, or, in each case, if such date occurs before the Issue Date, the Issue Date.

  • Member Representative means an individual who can make OHP-related decisions for a member who is not able to make such decisions themselves.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • PJM Administrative Service means the services provided by PJM pursuant to Tariff, Schedule 9. PJM Board:
