Address of the Appointment definition

Address of the Appointment means the location at which an interpreter has been scheduled to provide interpreting services.
Address of the Appointment means the place of business where the Appointment is held.

Related to Address of the Appointment

  • Succeeded Appointment means any Appointment for which a Succession Time has occurred.

  • Appointment means the appointment of any Seller to act in a Corporate Trust Capacity under any of the Corporate Trust Contracts of the Business.

  • Excluded Appointments means those Appointments designated from time to time as "Excluded Appointments" by agreement of the parties.

  • Restricted Appointment means (a) any Appointment for which the applicable Authorizations have not been obtained, and (b) any Appointment for which the maturity date of the applicable Corporate Trust Contract is on or before June 30, 2022.

  • General power of appointment means a power of appointment exercisable in favor of the powerholder, the powerholder's estate, a creditor of the powerholder, or a creditor of the powerholder's estate.

  • Address of the Society means the address of the Society as filed from time to time with the Registrar in the Notice of Address;

  • Notice Address means with respect to the following entities:

  • Initial appointment means appointment made otherwise than by promotion or transfer;

  • Power of appointment means a power that enables a powerholder acting in a nonfiduciary capacity to designate a recipient of an ownership interest in or another power of appointment over the appointive property. The term does not include a power of attorney.

  • Address of use means the building or buildings that are identified on the license and where radioactive material may be received, used or stored.

  • Service address means the service address of a member or the body corporate in terms of rule 4; and

  • Last known address means the address the Tax Administrator has at the time a document is originally sent by certified mail, or any address the Tax Administrator can ascertain using reasonable means such as the use of a change of address service offered by the postal service or an authorized delivery service under Section5703.056 of the ORC.

  • Authorized Signatory means the designated person of the agency authorized to represent the agency in all matters pertaining to its Proposal. The designated person should hold the Power of Attorney duly authorizing him/ her to perform all tasks including but not limited to sign and submit the Proposal to participate in all stages of the RFP Process, to conduct correspondence for and on behalf of the agency, and to execute any document required to give effect to the outcome of the RFP Process;

  • Whereas the Company has registered or will have registered each Account with the SEC (unless exempt therefrom) as a unit investment trust under the 1940 Act before any Contracts are issued by that Account; and" "The Company represents and warrants (a) that the Contracts are registered under the 1933 Act or will be so registered before the issuance thereof (unless exempt therefrom), (b) that the Contracts will be issued in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Federal and state laws and (c) that the Company will require of every person distributing the Contracts that the Contracts be offered and sold in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Federal and state laws. The Company further represents and warrants that it is an insurance company duly organized and validly existing under applicable law and that it has legally and validly authorized each Account as a separate account under Section 27-1-5-1 of the Indiana Insurance Code, and has registered or, prior to the issuance of any Contracts, will register each Account (unless exempt therefrom) as a unit investment trust in accordance with the provisions of the 1940 Act to serve as a separate account for its Contracts, and that it will maintain such registrations for so long as any Contracts issued under them are outstanding."

  • (4) SECRETARY.—The term Secretary’ means

  • Resignation means a voluntary notice by the employee that they are terminating their service on the date specified;

  • Authorized Signature means the signature of an individual authorized to receive funds on behalf of an applicant and responsible for the execution of the applicant’s project.

  • (5) SECRETARY.—The term Secretary’ means

  • Verification on oath or affirmation means a declaration, made by an individual on oath or affirmation before a notarial officer, that a statement in a record is true.
