Additional Pricing Period definition

Additional Pricing Period means, with respect to a purchase made by the Investor pursuant to Section 2.01(b), the period on the purchase date for such purchase, beginning at the applicable Additional Purchase Commencement Time and ending at the applicable Additional Purchase Ending Time on such date for such purchase.
Additional Pricing Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days ending on the last Trading Day immediately preceding December 8, 2007.

  • Draw Down Pricing Period means, with respect to each Draw Down, a period of eight (8) consecutive Trading Days beginning on the first Trading Day specified in a Draw Down Notice.

  • Initial Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(b).

  • Underlying Reference Strike Price means, in respect of an Underlying Reference, the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference on the Strike Date.

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.

  • Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.

  • Final Shared-Loss Recovery Month means the calendar month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Averaging Period means the time over which a limit is measured or a monitoring result is obtained;

  • Rating period means the calendar period for which premium rates established by a small employer carrier are assumed to be in effect.

  • ESG Pricing Provisions has the meaning specified in Section 2.18.

  • Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period With respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced by each Servicer and each of Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts and Partial Unscheduled Principal Receipts, the Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period specified on Schedule I hereto, as amended from time to time by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 10.01(b) hereof.

  • Applicable Monthly Payment For any Mortgage Loan (including an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan) with respect to any month (including any such Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property), the Monthly Payment; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the amount of any P&I Advance required to be made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, notwithstanding the amount of such Applicable Monthly Payment, interest shall be calculated at the Mortgage Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate and, if applicable, shall be exclusive of Excess Interest; and provided, further, that for purposes of determining the amount of any P&I Advance, the Monthly Payment shall be as reduced pursuant to any modification of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement or pursuant to the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement, or pursuant to any bankruptcy, insolvency, or other similar proceeding involving the related Mortgagor.

  • Rebalance Business Day means any day which is a, Exchange Business Day and also a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payment in the country in which the relevant Reference Asset is admitted to trading or any other day designated as a Rebalance Business Day by the Issuer.

  • Payment Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Fallback Reference Price (if the relevant parties have specified an alternate Commodity Reference Price in the Confirmation);

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Interest Calculation Period means the period or periods for the calculation of the interest shown on the mortgage form;
