Additional Pool Loan definition

Additional Pool Loan means a Loan (including Trendwest Timeshare Upgrades purchased by the Depositor from an Additional Issuer) constituting one of the Pool Loans purchased from the Depositor on an Addition Date and listed on Schedule 1 to the related Assignment.
Additional Pool Loan means, for each Series, a Loan constituting one of the Pool Loans of such Series purchased from the Depositor on an Addition Date and listed on Schedule 1 to the related Assignment. "ADDITIONAL POOL LOAN PURCHASE PRICE" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.

Examples of Additional Pool Loan in a sentence

  • On the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, the Issuer shall pay to the Depositor, on each other Business Day on which any Pool Assets are purchased from the Depositor by the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement, the Additional Pool Loan Purchase Price for such Pool Assets by paying such Additional Pool Loan Purchase Price to the Depositor in cash.

  • In connection with the foregoing sale, the Depositor further agrees, on or prior to the date of this Assignment, to cause the portions of its computer files relating to the Additional Pool Loans sold on such date to the Issuer to be clearly and unambiguously marked to indicate that each such Additional Pool Loan and the other Additional Pool Assets have been sold on such date to the Issuer pursuant to the Agreement and this Assignment.

  • The Depositor shall have no obligation to sell any Series 2002-1 Additional Pool Loan to the Issuer if it has not been paid the Additional Pool Loan Purchase Price therefor.

  • The Additional Pool Loan Purchase Price for any Series 2002-1 Additional Pool Loans and the related Pool Assets conveyed to the Issuer under this PPA Supplement on each Addition Date shall be a dollar amount equal to the aggregate outstanding principal balance of such Additional Pool Loans sold on such Addition Date, adjusted to reflect the fair market value thereof.

Related to Additional Pool Loan

  • Additional Loan means the Eligible Loans evidenced by a Note or Notes sold from time to time during the Supplemental Purchase Period pursuant to an Additional Purchase Agreement and related documentation, together with any guaranties and other rights relating thereto including, without limitation, Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments.

  • Additional Collateral Loan Each Mortgage Loan that is supported by Additional Collateral.

  • Collateral Loan means a loan, debt obligation, debt security or participation therein acquired by the Borrower.

  • Initial Loan is defined in Section 2.1.

  • Original Loan shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Collateral Pool means all of the Collateral.

  • Additional Loans means any Additional Revolving Loans and any Additional Term Loans.

  • Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • CD Loan means a Committed Loan to be made by a Bank as a CD Loan in accordance with the applicable Notice of Committed Borrowing.

  • Funding Loan means the Funding Loan in the original maximum principal amount of $ made by Funding Lender to Governmental Lender under the Funding Loan Agreement, the proceeds of which are used by the Governmental Lender to make the Borrower Loan.

  • Simple Interest Mortgage Loan Those simple interest loans as noted on the Mortgage Loan Schedule under the data field designated “DSI.”

  • Refinancing Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan originated in connection with the refinancing of an existing mortgage loan.

  • Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Additional Advance means each additional loan that is made under an RBC Homeline Plan after the initial advance, including any new or additional advances, increases to principal, or further borrowings or extensions of the term, including in the case of any fluctuating account or accounts, revolving loans, or lines of credit, additional segments of such facilities made after the initial advance. They are referred to collectively as Additional Advances.

  • Day Delinquent Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan with respect to which any portion of a Scheduled Payment is, as of the last day of the prior Due Period, three months or more past due (without giving effect to any grace period), including each Mortgage Loan in foreclosure, all REO Property and each Mortgage Loan for which the Mortgagor has filed for bankruptcy.

  • Incremental Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(b).

  • Pool 1 Mortgage Loans Any Mortgage Loan in Pool 1.

  • Refinanced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were not used to purchase the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Group 1 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-1 hereto.

  • Term Loan Interest Rate means for any day a per annum rate of interest equal to the greater of either (i) 9.25% plus the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal minus 3.50% and (ii) 9.25%.

  • RFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR.

  • Substitute Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan substituted by the Seller for a Deleted Mortgage Loan which must, on the date of such substitution, as confirmed in a Request for Release, substantially in the form of Exhibit L, (i) have a Stated Principal Balance, after deduction of the principal portion of the Scheduled Payment due in the month of substitution, not in excess of, and not more than 10% less than the Stated Principal Balance of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (ii) have an Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate not lower than the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of the Deleted Mortgage Loan, provided that the Master Servicing Fee for the Substitute Mortgage Loan shall be equal to or greater than that of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (iii) have a maximum mortgage rate not more than 1% per annum higher or lower than the maximum mortgage rate of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (iv) have a minimum mortgage rate specified in its related Mortgage Note not more than 1% per annum higher or lower than the minimum mortgage rate of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (v) have the same mortgage index, reset period and periodic rate as the Deleted Mortgage Loan and a gross margin not more than 1% per annum higher or lower than that of the Deleted Mortgage Loan (vi) be accruing interest at a rate no lower than and not more than 1% per annum higher than, that of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (iv) have a Loan-to-Value Ratio no higher than that of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (vii) have a remaining term to maturity no greater than (and not more than one year less than that of) the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (viii) not be a Cooperative Loan unless the Deleted Mortgage Loan was a Cooperative Loan and (ix) comply with each representation and warranty set forth in Section 2.3 hereof.

  • Debt Service Reduction Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that became the subject of a Debt Service Reduction.

  • SOFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Adjusted Term SOFR, other than pursuant to clause (c) of the definition of “Base Rate”.

  • Funding Loan Agreement means the Funding Loan Agreement, of even date herewith, among the Governmental Lender, the Fiscal Agent and the Funding Lender, as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended by one or more amendments or other instruments supplemental thereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions thereof.

  • Additional Collateral Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan identified as such in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
