Actual Gross Sales definition

Actual Gross Sales as used in this Item 19 means Total Sales minus the value of discounts and complementary products given to employees. This is the amount on which franchisees pay Royalty Fees and other fees.
Actual Gross Sales shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
