Annual Budget means the budget approved by the municipal council for any particular financial year, and shall include any adjustments to such budget.
Approved Budget means an annual budget-
Capital Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).
Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.
Operating Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).
Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.
BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic
Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given piece of real property (including without limitation, the cost of acquiring such piece of real property (except to the extent any portion thereof is Unimproved Land), reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs), as reasonably determined by the Borrower in good faith. Real property under construction to be (but not yet) acquired by the Borrower or a Subsidiary upon completion of construction pursuant to a contract in which the seller of such real property is required to complete construction prior to, and as a condition precedent to, such acquisition, shall be subject to this definition.
Initial Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
CapEx Budget means the annual budget for the Asset Entities taken as a whole covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Capital Expenditures consisting of discretionary expenditures made to acquire fee or easement interests with respect to any Ground Lease Site or Easement Site, or non-recurring expenditures made to enhance the Operating Revenues of a Tower Site.
Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.
DIP Budget means a projected statement of sources and uses of cash for the Borrower and the Guarantors on a weekly basis for the following 13 calendar weeks. As used herein, “DIP Budget” shall initially refer to the initial 13-week projection delivered in accordance with Section 6.2 and thereafter shall refer to the most recent 13-week projection delivered by the Borrower in accordance with Section 9.1(c).
Annual Operating Budget as defined in Section 6.2(c).
Approved Annual Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.11(d) hereof.
Development Budget means the cost categories listed on Pages 8 - 11 in Form 3 that are directly related to the proposed Project as submitted in the Application. Indirect or off-site costs not directly related to the development of the project are not valid or eligible costs.
Capital Expenditure Budget shall constitute an estimate for the applicable period of the capital expenditures required to (i) accomplish capital enhancement projects included in the most recently approved Strategic Plan, (ii) maintain and preserve the Partnership's assets in good operating condition and repair and (iii) achieve or maintain compliance with any HSE Law.
Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative
Wind-Down Budget means a budget to be prepared by the Debtors, and reasonably acceptable to the Deerfield Requisite Supporting Noteholders, the Unaffiliated Requisite Supporting Noteholders, and the Committee, which shall be filed with the Court as part of the Plan Supplement, and which may be amended from time to time after entry of the Confirmation Order, subject to the consent of the Oversight Committee, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, and which shall estimate the funds necessary to administer the Plan and wind down the Debtors’ affairs, including the costs of holding and liquidating the Estates’ remaining property, objecting to Claims, making the Distributions required by the Plan, prosecuting claims and Causes of Action that may be held by the Estates against third parties that are not released, waived or transferred pursuant to the Plan (including pursuant to Article X) or otherwise, paying Taxes, filing Tax returns, paying professionals’ fees and expenses, paying the fees and expenses of the Oversight Committee, funding payroll and other employee costs, providing for the purchase of errors and omissions insurance and/or other forms of indemnification for the Plan Administrator, and for all such items and other costs of administering the Plan, the Estates and the Liquidating Debtors (other than the Administrative and Priority Claims Reserve, the Disputed Claims Reserve, and the Professional Fee Reserve).
Operating Year means the calendar year commencing January 1st of each year (including the calendar year within which the Commencement Date occurs) during the Term.
Approved Operating Expenses means Operating Expenses incurred by Borrower which (i) are included in the Approved Annual Budget for the current calendar month, (ii) are for real estate taxes, insurance premiums, electric, gas, oil, water, sewer or other utility service to the Property, (iii) if applicable, are for property management fees payable to Manager under the Management Agreement, such amounts not to exceed three percent (3.0)% of the monthly Gross Revenue, (iv) or (v) have otherwise been approved by Lender.
Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.
Independent expenditure means an expenditure made by any person, including a payment of public moneys by a state or local government agency, in connection with a communication which expressly advocates the election or defeat of a clearly identified candidate or the qualification, passage or defeat of a clearly identified measure, or taken as a whole and in context, unambiguously urges a particular result in an election but which is not made to or at the behest of the affected candidate or committee.
Base Case Projections means a projection of operating results showing at a minimum Company’s good faith estimates, as of the Closing Date, of revenues, operating expenses and sources and uses over the forecast period, in substantially the form of Schedule 4.1.27, which shall be of a nature and in an amount satisfactory to the Purchasers in consultation with Independent Engineer.
Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series’ assets with respect to the Class for the period involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees’ fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series’ statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class do not include “acquired fund expenses”, interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are “extraordinary” as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30).
