Acquisition Termination Market Value definition

Acquisition Termination Market Value means the average VWAP per share of Common Stock over the 20 consecutive Trading Day period commencing on and including the third Trading Day following the date on which the Corporation provides notice of an Acquisition Termination Redemption.
Acquisition Termination Market Value means the average VWAP per share of our common stock over the ten consecutive trading day period commencing on, and including, the second trading day following the date on which we provide notice of acquisition termination redemption.
Acquisition Termination Market Value means the Average VWAP per Ordinary Share over the 30 consecutive Trading Day period commencing on, and including, the second Trading Day following the date on which the Company provides notice of an Acquisition Termination Redemption.

  • Change in Control Protection Period means the period beginning one month prior to and ending twelve (12) months immediately following the consummation of a Change in Control.
