The amounts to be paid under this Section 6(g) shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the Change in Control Date of such Change in Control.
The Executive shall receive financial planning services for a period of eighteen (18) months following the Date of Termination at a level consistent with the benefits provided under the Company's financial planning program for the Executive, as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination or the Change in Control Date, whichever is more favorable to the Executive.
