Change in Control Protection Period definition

Change in Control Protection Period means the period commencing on the date a Change in Control occurs and ending on the first anniversary of such date.
Change in Control Protection Period means the period beginning on the date three months prior to the consummation of the Change in Control and ending on the first anniversary of such Change in Control.
Change in Control Protection Period means the period commencing on the later of (1) the date that is 90 days before the date a Change in Control occurs or (2) the Effective Date, and ending on the second anniversary of the date the Change in Control occurs.

More Definitions of Change in Control Protection Period

Change in Control Protection Period means that period commencing on the date that the Company or a third party publicly announces an event that, if consummated, would constitute a Change In Control and ending (i) on the date that the circumstances giving rise to the announcement of the event are abandoned or withdrawn, or (ii) if such transaction is consummated, two years after the Change In Control.
Change in Control Protection Period means the period commencing on a Change in Control and ending on the second anniversary thereof.
Change in Control Protection Period means the twelve (12) month period following a Change in Control.
