Change in Control Protection Period definition
Change in Control Protection Period means the period commencing on the date a Change in Control occurs and ending on the first anniversary of such date.
Change in Control Protection Period means the period beginning three (3) months prior to and ending twelve (12) months immediately following the consummation of a Change in Control.

Change in Control Protection Period means that period commencing on the date that the Company or a third party publicly announces an event that, if consummated, would constitute a Change In Control and ending (i) on the date that the circumstances giving rise to the announcement of the event are abandoned or withdrawn, or (ii) if such transaction is consummated, two years after the Change In Control.
