Acquiror Class B Shares has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.

Acquiror Class B Shares means, at all times prior to the Second Effective Time, Acquiror’s Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share. “Acquiror Common Shares” means, at or at all times immediately following the Second Effective Time, the shares of common stock of Acquiror. “Acquiror Confidential Information” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(c).

  • The holders of Acquiror Class B Shares outstanding immediately prior to the Pubco Merger Effective Time shall cease to have any rights with respect to such shares, except as expressly provided herein or by Law.

Related to Acquiror Class B Shares

  • Class B Shares means the Class B ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class B Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.
