Abbott Benefit Plan definition

Abbott Benefit Plan means each Benefit Plan established, maintained, or contributed to by the Abbott Group for the benefit of Transferred Employees.
Abbott Benefit Plan means a Benefit Plan sponsored by, maintained by, or contributed to by the Abbott Group, except that such term shall not include the Xxxxxx-AbbVie MEPP.

  • Abbott shall continue to be obligated to maintain all U.S. Transferred Employee's grantor trusts which were created pursuant to any Abbott Benefit Plan and shall continue to make annual contributions as may be required pursuant to the terms and conditions of those grantor trusts.
