AAC Trust Account definition

AAC Trust Account means the trust account established by Purchaser for the benefit of its public shareholders at JX Xxxxxx Chase Bank, N.A., and held in trust by Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company (the “Trustee”) pursuant to an Investment Management Trust Agreement, dated as of November 15, 2010, between Purchaser and Trustee (the “Trust Agreement”).
