2.50% Notes definition

2.50% Notes means the Borrower’s 2.50% Senior Convertible Notes due 2013 issued pursuant to the 2.50% Notes Indenture.
2.50% Notes means, collectively, the 5.250% Senior Notes due 2023 issued pursuant to the 2015-5.250% Indenture and any additional notes issued pursuant thereto.
