2013-1 SUBI Collection Account definition

2013-1 SUBI Collection Account means the trust account established pursuant to Section 3.1(a).

  • The 2013-1 SUBI Collection Account initially shall be established with the corporate trust department of U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee.

  • If the 2013-1 SUBI Collection Account is no longer maintained in the corporate trust department of the Indenture Trustee, and the Indenture Trustee at any time does not have the ratings specified in either clause (a) or (b) of the definition of “ Required Deposit Rating,” the Servicer shall, with the assistance of the Indenture Trustee, as necessary, cause the 2013-1 SUBI Collection Account to be moved in accordance with the Vehicle Trust Agreement.

  • If the Servicer exercises the Optional Purchase, on the Business Day prior to the Redemption Date, prior to 11:00 a.m., New York City time, the Paying Agent shall transfer the Optional Purchase Price, as part of the Available Funds from the 2013-1 SUBI Collection Account, to the Note Distribution Account in an amount equal to the Redemption Price.

Interest, income or profit, if any, including those accruing on unclaimed dividends, in this account shall be transferred to the main account of the Fund from time to time, as part of the Trust Property for the benefit of the Unit Holder(s).

  • Yield Supplement Account means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.
