  • Voting Time Leave Any employee who is eligible to vote in any statewide primary or general election or at any election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress or in the office of state senator or state representative, may absent himself/herself from work for the purpose of voting during such election day provided the employee has made prior arrangements for such absence with his/her immediate supervisor.

  • PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Eleven Thousand, Two Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($11,216).   • Observing Rules Observe the rules framed from time to time by the Promoter/Association (upon formation) for the beneficial common enjoyment of the Common Areas, facilities and amenities.

  • NO OBLIGATION BY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT The U.S. federal government is not a party to this Contract or any purchase by a Participating Entity and is not subject to any obligations or liabilities to the Participating Entity, Supplier, or any other party pertaining to any matter resulting from the Contract or any purchase by an authorized user.

  • Injury on Duty Leave 35.5.1 An employee shall be granted injury-on-duty leave with pay for such reasonable period as may be determined by the Council where it is determined by a provincial Worker's Compensation Board that the employee is unable to perform his duties because of
