Observing Rules observe the rules framed from time to time by the Promoter/the Facility Manager/the Association (upon formation)/the Apex Body (upon formation) for the beneficial common enjoyment of the Said Building, the Real Estate Project, the Whole Project and the Said Complex. Paying Electricity Charges: pay for electricity and other utilities consumed in or relating to the Said Apartment And Appurtenances and the Common Areas from the possession date.
